Privacy Policy
How ORIVESS KAY handles the email address you submit to the waitlist.
ORIVESS KAY is not open yet and is planned to open in February 2028. Visits, bookings, appointments, and services are not currently available.
01
Information in a waitlist signup
The waitlist form asks for your email address only. It does not ask for your name, phone number, or treatment preferences.
02
How your email is used
Your email is added to the ORIVESS KAY waitlist so the company can contact you about its planned February 2028 opening. It is not a booking or service request; visits, appointments, and services are not currently available.
03
Storage and notification handling
When a signup is accepted, the app stores your email in its waitlist database. It then attempts to record the signup in the founder's Polsia dashboard as a message from you, so a reply can reach your email address. If the dashboard records nothing or that attempt errors, the app attempts a notification to the configured company inbox through Polsia's email service.
Dashboard recording and the fallback email are best-effort. A success message on the site confirms that the waitlist entry was stored; it does not confirm delivery of a dashboard record or email notification. Polsia processes the address for these dashboard and, when needed, email steps.
04
Retention
The current waitlist handling does not define a retention schedule or automatic expiry. It does not establish how long a stored email will remain in the waitlist database. Please contact ORIVESS KAY with questions about retention.
05
Polsia page-view analytics
Whether Polsia page-view analytics runs depends on a setting in the site deployment. When enabled, a page-load beacon is sent to Polsia, and a persistent random visitor identifier is stored in your browser's localStorage and included with the beacon. This page does not confirm whether the setting is enabled for the current deployment.
